When I was introduced to the intuitive expression of art another modality of wellbeing was introduced to me. Combining Movement, Sound, Breath, Music and Art is one of my most favourite ways of communicating effectively with myself and the world around me. When I offer myself creative space, I solve a lot of the mental, emotional and physical problems I create.
I offer private sessions and intimate workshops in Her-Art, with a view of allowing your inner creative the floor to explore, express, and release with no judgement or expectation. Learning to move from a blank canvas allows the magic to unfold.
