When Did You Start Enjoying Your Body?

Or when did you stop?

I hear a lot of women declare how they wish to be more powerful, more energetic, more resilient, more, more, more! But the foundation to all of this is the ability to love and enjoy your body first (which comes from understanding what it needs).

If you hate your physical self or an aspect of it, and you tell it that every day, why would it want to make you happy? Like attracts like, remember.

On my latest Prøject Wøman online course, Transforming Your Relationship With Exercise, one woman realised that she didn’t enjoy her body because she didn’t know what her body enjoyed.

But if you’ve never been encouraged to find out what makes your body happy, how would you know?
