Abi Adams is crouched down and reaching her arms and hands towards the camera.

I am powerful.
I am vibrant.
I am limitless.
I am in love with life.

I’m Abi - and this is what I’m here to share with you.

It hasn’t always been this way…

My childhood was a difficult but necessary time, one that taught my nervous system to be on high alert.
I am grateful that it set me on the path to understanding the powerful human being I am, encouraging me to travel the world to understand my emotions, my body, the way I communicate, move.

And I've been peeling off the layers ever since with a partner that has enabled me to grow into the woman, the powerful human that I am.

It was after a series of personal and traumatic events that I took myself to a mixed movement camp in Miami for a month to move my body for 8-10 hours a day through martial arts, BJJ, sparring, yoga, animal flow and calisthenics.

I felt the powerful force I was. I REALLY felt it.

It was here that I found my period. At the ripe old age of 31 and menstruating since I was 14 and also having a son……

From moving the way I did with all the great eating, my periods were lighter, less emotional and painful and a regular 28 days.

And I began my studies with Red School, Dr Stacy Simms and Phil Richards.

I was understanding with great detail how to move, live and express the feminine energy that I had never even known existed.

When I found my bleed at 34, it was the start of understanding the true meaning of confident communication and the art of relationships.

Layers of personal and ancestral history began peeling away as I studied, researched and felt what it was to be a woman.

Hormones, exercise, immunity, physiology, nutrition - I devoured it.

Abi Adams is standing in front of the sea at a beach, she is wearing a blue dress and is running one hand through her hair.
Abi Adams is reading a book. She is out of focus, and at the front of the image, there is a plant pot with a plant inside.
Abi Adams has pink and black boxing gloves on, and is punching one arm towards the camera, with the other boxing glove partially covering her face.
Abi Adams is standing, facing away from the camera - the image is taken behind her. There are trees in the background.
Abi Adams is standing up with her arm stretched behind her and her eyes closed. There are two other people standing behind her.

This is when I fell in love with me and my body.

From knowing myself, I was able to know others with a greater capacity and drop preconceived judgements.

I founded Project Woman (now The House of Human Movement) and began teaching women to move with their menstrual cycles, not against them.

Allowing them to glimpse the vast and universal power of relationships, creativity and communication, all found within them.

I began to see the void between women and men in terms of communication barriers and emotional limitations, preconceived assumptions and shame, and the fear that surrounds trans and non-binary humans.

At the heart of all emotional conflict is the desire to be welcomed, accepted and loved.

ARE YOU LISTENING?

Whether this is a personal or collective experience, they are created by human beings who's basic function is always thus.

And this is what I value most in the world.
Emotional freedom, confident communication and physical liberation, at the heart of all of these is the sovereignty to move with ease and grace and joy through this world and this life.

There is a rhythm that resides underneath your skin that is bursting with life; that is why you wake up every morning and rest your head every night.

If it feels dull, if you are feeling the discord, if you experience health related symptoms - You've lost the resonance with life.

What rhythm are you out of sync with?

The circadian, the monthly, the lunar, the quarterly?

Are you listening?

Reclaim your rhythm and revitalise your life in a way you didn't know was possible.

A grey wolf is walking on snow and looking away from the camera.
Abi Adams is standing in front of a terracotta wall, her left hand is on the wall and she is facing away from the wall and her left hand.

Not sure where to start or what you need?
It’s unclear what that voice is whispering?

Ask me - I’m right here. Let’s find out what the next step is…

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
