She. He. They = Together 🌈 Creating An Inclusive Conversation

Inclusivity. How do you increase the understanding of this within female health when it’s been deconstructed and ripped apart from the start? Our history reveals the breakdown of a healthy relationship with every aspect of a woman, female, or human with wombs health when we look at the belief that women were too hysterical and unintelligent to practice medicine on their own bodies.

The echo of this can still be seen and felt today with the majority of women feeling unable to question and ask for further information and second opinions in regards to symptoms, alongside the restricted approaches to increasing vitality over fixing what isn’t anything to do with the body, but the environment.

Why is this important to every other gender? Because when she does well, he and they do well. We can only thrive together if we’re in it together. And with women striving for more research, information, and support, we’re now seeing doors open to other aspects of men's and nonbinary needs.

The greatest objective is not to bend the mindset of society but to increase the belief of women, females, and humans with wombs that they don’t have to put up with what is currently on offer to them (or not as the case may be). That they don’t JUST have to keep going otherwise it will all fall apart. That they DO have other choices. And most importantly, their health is a valuable commodity to invest in.

What can we do together that includes everyone and paves a way for a greater belief?

Don’t be afraid to ask. I recently heard a talk by Beyond The Binary, where they shared their fears about getting it wrong and upsetting others. But in their own words: “I give full permission to get it wrong so I can make it right”. This mindset is everything if we want to move forwards toward living inclusively and uncovering choices we never knew existed.

Uncovering those choices with bright eyes and curiosity to not only liberate the individual but the generations that follow.

Come with me my darling. Come and join me. Let’s roll up our sleeves, chuck on our hiking boots, and get dirty in the joys of finally understanding what it is to be us, as we are, together 🌈💜🌈✨
