You value quality and choice and want to feel that in your feminine health, but how do you maintain that when life gets hectic and everyone seems to want a piece of you? How can you nurture the various aspects of your female health when it needs so much time to do so?

This is exactly how I live and this is what I’m going to cultivate with you so you flex your feminine muscle, leading to greater clarity, energy, fulfilment and less emotional hiccups.

You will link and grow your emotional landscape, hormonal health, physical prowess, and deeply fulfilling relationships through clearer communication.

Through six or twelve months of support, you’ll feel confident and excited to put your health first, whereby your work will into place so that everything else can flourish.

You will:

  • Feel fully supported through a health history deep dive that audits every part of your life and environment, where you curate an exciting adventure over the next 6-12 months

  • Receive a once a month in-person session that includes kinesiology (non-invasive muscle testing to support the nervous system, hormones, and emotions), diary management that prepares and supports your work, family and exercise (I can work with your PT on sessions that serve your hormones) in a gorgeous space in central London or Devon

  • Feminine exploration through shamanic style drumming meditations and soul mapping that clear up emotional habits, confusion and those “stuck” feelings

  • Have full access to me between Monday and Friday for support/questions

  • Create time at the end of each week to reflect on what’s working/how you felt to support the week ahead

  • Become a member of the Project Woman Collective which is full of resources and other great women to support you with your intentions and needs

You will become well versed in the communication of feminine health, using your inner rhythm (whether you are a menstruating woman or transitioning through perimenopause; you have a place here) as a sounding board for choices that cultivate high energy, motivation, and focus.

Collecting a rich pool of support that can include emotional management through chakra psychology and shamanic approaches, feminine health development using your inner Rhythm/Intuitive Voice (aka menstrual cycle/peri/menopause cycles), physical fitness clarity, and strength training to support longterm hormonal health.

It’s time you began celebrating who you are, what you’ve created, and where you are, so you can really enjoy the rest of your life with ease
